Location: E-Commerce and Fulfillment Department Coordinator
The E-Commerce Department Coordinator reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce and Fulfillment and assists all areas of the E-Commerce and Fulfilment Department.
The E-Commerce Department Coordinator is responsible assisting all department levels with daily administrative tasks, logistics, and data entry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)
Essential Duties
- Assists with donation requests, fulfillment, and tracking.
- Assists with data entry of inventory, products, customer information and pricing in our inventory software.
- Responsible for keeping records of keg returns and deposits.
- Assists with invoicing and following up with any Accounts Receivable needs.
- Responsible for processing invoices as paid, delivered, and/or picked up.
- Aids customer service and dispatch when needed.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling while following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Assist in placing, canceling, or confirming both customer and wholesale orders.
- Track all customer service questions and issues.
- Assist with compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for receiving all merchandise into the Fulfillment department including counting, inspecting, and separating product.
- Answer customer questions and resolve customer service issues via phone or email and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assists with inventory organization which and include but not is not limited to inventory tracking numbers, moving merchandise and cases.
- Maintains current knowledge and understanding of all company procedures and policies; exemplifies, upholds, and enforces all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

Required
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 years of experience in the customer service, retail, and/or hospitality industry, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills. The ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on key performance indicators of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel with the ability to learn and us POS systems, inventory management, and other business software.
- Strong organization and communication skills to discern and address the needs of customers and fellow employees.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to have a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all situations.
- Passion for Levante and the craft beer business; strong knowledge of craft beer is desired.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across the organizations.
- Must be able to lift 55lbs and move kegs with assistance and can stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or customer service experience a plus, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
