In this double dry hopped IPA, our dry hops of choice are Nectaron, Azacca, and Ekuanot, which we doubled what we normally use, resulting in robust peach and stone fruit tones, as well as a plethora of tropical flavors. Then, like mad scientists, a Thiolized® yeast strain is incorporated providing an aromatic boost of peach ring and apricot.
