Through lush and expansive forests, over dominating mountain ranges, and heavy rainfall we've found ourselves in the Pacific Northwest searching for the perfect combination of hops for our next iteration of Hydrodrip. Fresh notes of lime zest and ripe, dripping mango rain down heavy across the taste buds from the use of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops added post-boil. Traces of tropical fruits and faint berry round out the profile, solidifying our creation as something truly reminiscent of the region from which its hops grow in abundance.
