This malty, delicately carbonated, Bavarian lager, also known as heller bock (ie: pale bock), is set apart from darker winter bocks by its bright, crisp, golden hue, generous malt additions, and smooth body. Saaz and Tettnang hops present a spicy, noble hop character while malty caramel and biscuit flavors balance the pleasant subtle complexity of the boozy esters. Like tasting a malty spring evening - Maibock is Yourbock.
