First thing, thanks for your order!
If your order is received before 24:00 or midnight, we will process your order tomorrow morning. From there, we will package your order by hand and transport your order to Quick Courier Services (QCS) who then process the shipments. At this point, any questions or customer services will be handled by QCS. Once they process your order, QCS will email you available dates and times that they can deliver your beer directly to you. You just need to let them know what time works best for you.
The two key elements to expedite your delivery time are as follows:
1) Respond immediately to their initial e-mail, in which you select your delivery window. Check your spam folder!
2) Ensure that you are present at your workplace, office location, home, or residence for your delivery at your scheduled time, or else QCS will have to call and reschedule. They can't leave beer at your door, you have to be there to sign for it. If you fail to receive your initial shipment during your initial scheduled time, you will be charged an additional 100% shipping cost for your second delivery.It take roughly 3 to 6 (business) days for QCS to schedule and deliver.
Once you get your beer, get those cans in the fridge and call your buds!
