To be eligible for donation consideration, your organziation must meet the following criteria:

• The organization must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

• The organization must not have received a donation from Levante within the last twelve (12) months

• Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event

As a brewery, we carefully evaluate requests for beer donations to agencies or organizations that are involved in activities benefiting children or fundraising for children. We want to ensure that our company or products are not perceived as being advertised to individuals under the legal drinking age.

Additionally, we do not provide donations to events or agencies related to motor sports or involving motor vehicles. We believe it is our civic duty to keep these two separate.
