GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION: The Make One a Cloudy Giveaway begins on the first of every month at 12:00:00 AM and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 PM. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Only residents residing in PA who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Employees of Levante Brewing Company are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the Giveaway entry form with the information requested.
All requested information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Levante Brewing of such entry. By entering the giveaway, entrant agrees to receiving email marketing communications from Levante Brewing Co.. Entrant may unsubscribe to marketing communications at any time. Additional personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used only in the instance of entrant winning the giveaway.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month in the giveaway. The Giveaway Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about the 15th of each month, a prize winner will be randomly selected from the entries and contacted via email or phone using contact info provided. If potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt. the potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
