Every brewery has that one “happy accident.” Ours just happened to be loaded with hops. In the early days, one overzealous pour turned into a full-blown panic — so we embraced the chaos and finished the batch with every complimentary hop we could find. The result? A West Coast DIPA bursting with bright grapefruit and orange peel from Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial, tropical fruit and citrus from Galaxy and Citra, and earthy pine and resin from Mosaic and Summit. A subtle malt backbone steadies the hop storm for a crisp, clean finish that lingers just long enough to make you reach for another. Big aroma. Bold bitterness. Born from chaos.
