Deep in a forgotten forest, drops of piney purple sap fall from trees bearing an unknown fruit. Never having tasted such a fruit, we set out to imagine what it might become in a glass: a hazy IPA where juicy golden flesh meets sticky pine, bright citrus, and passionfruit. Simcoe lays down the resinous backbone while Strata peeks through the pines with notes of ripe berries and subtle cannabis aromatics. The result is bold, juicy, and just mysterious enough.
