Two Moons is a rustic springtime collaboration with 2SP Brewing and Briess Malt Company, brewed in the spirit of a classic Bière de Mars and created for the Craft Brewers Conference. Pouring a soft hazy gold, it balances bready malt depth with gentle toast and a touch of caramel sweetness. Strisselspalt and Aramis hops lend an old-world character, layering subtle floral notes, light spice, and a hint of citrus over a dry, refreshing finish. Farmhouse yeast adds delicate fruit and earthy complexity, giving the beer a lively, rustic edge. Named for Mars and its twin moons—Phobos and Deimos—this beer lives in the in-between: winter fading, spring emerging. Bright, grounded, and brewed to be enjoyed fresh.
