To our loyal supporters and friends. During these uncertain times, it's our hope to continue to be here for you all while doing our part in keeping our community and team members safe and healthy. In light of recent state and local government directives, beginning Monday, 3/16, we'll be temporarily moving to strictly to-go offerings in the West Chester Taproom, including a new buy online, curbside pickup service.
CURBSIDE PICKUP FAQs:
1. How do I place my curbside pickup order?
a. Visit Buy Cans Online
b. Select your cans. The minimum of three 4-packs in an order only applies to delivery orders. If you have fewer than three 4-packs, close out the notification and proceed to the checkout.
c. Check the "Curbside Pickup" box and fill out your personal information.
d. Update Your Cart to proceed to checkout as normal
i. Note: The shipping address form should be pre-populated with the West Chester Taproom address 208 Carter Drive Suite 2.
e. Upon purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email, and your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours.
f. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email that your order has been processed.
2. When will my order be ready for pickup?
Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours from the time your order was placed. Orders not picked up by close of curbside business the following day will be canceled, refunded, and restocked.
3. What are the curbside pickup hours of operation?
Sunday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Orders must be received one hour prior to close of business to be picked up the same day.
4. What do I need to bring to pick up my curbside order?
Due to the contents of your order, curbside pickup can only be received by someone 21 years or older with valid ID. Please also have your confirmation email ready to validate your order.
5. Where do I pick up my beer?
There will be designated parking spots for curbside pickup near our Taproom entrance. Please call the phone number listed on the parking signs to alert us of your arrival (484-352-3990). A Levante Team Member will bring your order to your vehicle and will check your ID and email confirmation.
6. Will Curbside Pickup be available at Levante Stables?
At this time, Curbside Pick-up will only be available in the West Chester Taproom.
