Job Title: Brewery Packaging Technician 

Job Overview: 

This position provides support to the production department and performs daily packaging tasks while maintaining company policies and ensuring that products meet Levante’s high-quality standards. 

Responsibilities and Duties: (including but not limited to)

• Washing kegs
• Perform duties of pack out position on canning line
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of all packaging areas as well as staging and storage areas
  
• Communicate regularly, effectively and efficiently with supervisors and team members
• Follow Cleaning & Maintenance Schedules and perform all required cleaning to the appropriate standard including tanks, floors, walls, tank exteriors, kegs, packaging lines, and other equipment as directed
• Perform all appropriate tasks and projects as assigned by the Production Manager
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast paced and evolving work environment
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
• Good understanding of QA/QC and problem solving skills
  

Additional Requirements:

• Previous packaging experience in a brewery is a plus
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Arrive at each shift on time with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in brewery packaging a plus
