In November 2019, we dreamed up a collaborative beer-pairing menu with our friend Chef Patrick Feury along with the crew from The Common. Pictured below is smoked salmon pastrami, Birchrun Hills Farm alpine cheese, drizzled with rosemary mustard vinaigrette.
